Based at our Carindale store, this unique position and highly vital company role, provides the successful candidate the opportunity to play an instrumental part of the company’s success by working alongsideour Retail Sales Manager to drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. 

The right individual will pleasantly engage with customers, provide tailored solutions for any customer enquiries, and ensure a seamless service experience. The right individual will be trained to operate testing equipment (XRF machine, scales, magnets) and maintain store cleanliness. This role also comes with handling transactions, whether it’s buying or selling, performing precious metals appraisals, or being well-organised with an attention to detail.
